Do you want to develop relationships with people at Cornerstone, but aren't sure how to go about it? Joining a Koinonia Group (commonly called a K-Group) is a great way to build strong, lasting friendships. K-Groups are made available in the life of our church to further relationships with the Lord and with one another. These groups fill a very important need in our dynamic culture and community, by bringing people into a small group setting where joys, burdens, Christian experiences, and opportunities to serve together can be shared. Part of growing in Christ is growing in our love and care for one another. Each gathering includes a time for Bible study, sharing and prayer, plus fellowship. In order to make it easier to join a group, our K-Groups meet in homes throughout Leesburg and Loudoun County. Each group has a leader who teaches an applicational Bible study based on Pastor Gary's Sunday morning message. Dates and times vary with each group. Our Koinonia season runs from September thru May, but many of our groups continue to meet socially during the summer months.
