The Outreach Ministry at Cornerstone Chapel exists because of our response to God’s call for us to be messengers of hope and good news. We do this by utilizing the ministry gifts of our volunteers and the financial resources the Lord provides to impact and influence people for Christ by putting our faith in action. We desire to intentionally love others who are troubled, poor, sick, lonely, and lost, and in doing so we demonstrate God’s love.
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. (John 13:34 NIV)
We are excited about the opportunities we have to partner with others to carry out our God-given mission. Our volunteers have been encouraged and inspired as they see first-hand what the Lord is doing, not only in the lives of others, but in their lives, as well. As we endeavor to expand this ministry, we encourage you to hear God’s call in your own life to join us in serving others in Jesus’ name!
... this is his command: to believe in the name of his Son, Jesus Christ, and to love one another as he commanded us. (1 John 3:23 NIV)
